Abstract

Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud is a suite of cloud-based solutions aimed at managing various facets of human resources. One of its significant features is the employee performance tracking capabilities, which aid organizations in evaluating and enhancing employee productivity. This review paper explores the techniques and tools offered by Oracle HCM Cloud for employee performance tracking.
