2. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Language

Manuscripts must be written in clear, accurate, and academically appropriate English. Authors should ensure proper grammar, scientific terminology, and logical presentation.

• Review Articles: 5,000–10,000 words
• Short Communications: 2,000–3,000 words

3. Manuscript Structure

Authors should organize manuscripts according to the following recommended structure:

4. Referencing and Citation Policy

Authors must follow a consistent and internationally recognized citation style:

• APA (7th Edition)
• MLA
• Chicago Style
• Other discipline-specific citation formats

All cited sources must appear in the reference list, and every reference listed must be cited within the manuscript.

5. Originality, Plagiarism and Duplicate Submission Policy

• Submitted manuscripts must represent original research work.
• The manuscript must not have been previously published.
• The manuscript must not be under review by another journal.
• Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and unethical publication practices are strictly prohibited.
• The acceptable similarity index should generally not exceed 15%, excluding references and commonly used phrases.

6. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a rigorous editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review process.

• Reviewer identities remain confidential.
• Authors' identities are concealed during review.
• Manuscripts are evaluated based on originality, methodology, significance, clarity, and contribution to knowledge.

7. Research Ethics and Integrity Policy

Authors must comply with internationally accepted research ethics standards.

• Research involving human participants must follow appropriate ethical approval procedures.
• Authors must obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted materials.
• Research data must be reported honestly and transparently.
• Fabrication and manipulation of research findings are unacceptable.

8. Authorship Policy

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made significant contributions to:

• Manuscript preparation and critical revision
• Approval of the final manuscript

9. Data Availability and Transparency

Authors are encouraged to provide information regarding research datasets, analytical methods, and supporting materials wherever applicable to improve research reproducibility and transparency.

10. Conflict of Interest Declaration

All authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships that may influence the research outcomes or interpretation.

11. Funding Disclosure

Authors must clearly mention all sources of financial support, grants, or institutional assistance received during the research process.

12. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Disclosure

Authors must disclose the use of Artificial Intelligence tools in manuscript preparation, data analysis, image generation, or research assistance. AI tools cannot replace authorship responsibility, scientific judgment, or originality.

13. Submission Process

Manuscripts should be submitted through the official journal submission system or designated editorial email mentioned on the journal website.

Each submission must include:

• Complete Manuscript File
• Author Declaration Form
• Copyright Agreement (where applicable)
• Conflict of Interest Declaration

14. Copyright and Open Access Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their published work. Articles are published under the journal's open-access licensing policy, allowing wider academic accessibility and research dissemination.

15. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Any applicable Article Processing Charges will be communicated transparently to authors before acceptance and publication. The journal follows a no-hidden-charge policy.

16. Revision, Acceptance and Publication

• Authors must submit revisions within the specified timeline.
• Final acceptance depends on editorial evaluation and successful completion of peer review.
• The journal reserves the right to make editorial corrections for accuracy and quality improvement.

17. Corrections, Retractions and Post-Publication Ethics

The journal follows established scholarly publishing practices for handling corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions when required. Published articles may be corrected or withdrawn in cases involving significant errors, ethical violations, or research misconduct.
