Peer Review Policy

The Global Journal of Innovative Research Perspectives follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity of all published manuscripts.

Process Overview:

  1. Initial Screening: All submitted manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial team to assess their suitability with the journal’s aims and scope, formatting guidelines, ethical standards, and plagiarism policies. Manuscripts that do not meet these basic requirements may be rejected at this stage without external review.
  2. Peer Review: Manuscripts passing the initial screening are sent to two or more independent expert reviewers with relevant subject expertise. In the double-blind review process, the identities of both the authors and reviewers remain confidential to prevent bias and ensure impartial evaluation.

Review Criteria:
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on the following criteria:

  • Originality and significance of the research
  • Methodological soundness and clarity
  • Relevance to the journal’s scope
  • Quality of analysis and interpretation
  • Organization, language, and academic presentation

Editorial Decision:
Based on the reviewers' feedback, the editorial decision may be:

  • Accept
  • Accept with minor revisions
  • Revise and resubmit
  • Reject

Authors are required to address reviewers' comments carefully and submit revised manuscripts within the stipulated timeframe. If necessary, additional review rounds may be conducted.

Final Authority: The Editor-in-Chief holds the final authority on the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts. Editorial decisions are made solely on academic merit, without discrimination based on gender, race, nationality, institutional affiliation, or political beliefs.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the manuscript and review process
  • Provide constructive and objective feedback
  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest
