The Global Journal of Innovative Research Perspectives publishes all articles under an open-access licensing framework to promote the free dissemination and reuse of scholarly research while protecting author rights.
Copyright Ownership:
Authors publishing in the Global Journal of Innovative Research Perspectives retain full copyright of their work. By submitting and publishing an article, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and display the work in all formats (online and print) for academic and scholarly purposes.
Creative Commons Licence:
Unless otherwise stated, all published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution Licence (CC BY). Under this licence:
- Readers may share, copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the published work.
- Use is permitted for academic, educational, and research purposes, including derivative works.
- Proper credit must be given to the original author(s) and the journal.
- A link to the licence must be provided.
- Any changes made to the original work must be clearly indicated.
Author Rights:
- Authors are permitted to:

- Share their work on personal websites, academic platforms, or social media.

User Responsibilities:

Third-Party Content:
If an article includes third-party copyrighted material, authors are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and clearly acknowledging such content. The licence does not apply to material for which the author does not hold rights.
Licence Modifications:
Any variation from the default licence terms must be approved by the editorial office prior to publication and will be clearly indicated in the published article.
Policy Review:
The journal reserves the right to update these licence terms to align with evolving legal, ethical, and open-access publishing standards. Updates will be published on the journal’s official website.
