Operational excellence in corporate project management has become a critical focus for organizations striving to achieve efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth. This paper explores key metrics for evaluating operational excellence in corporate project management, including cost performance, time efficiency, resource utilization, quality control, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction. Using a mixed-methods approach, including literature review, quantitative data analysis, and simulation modeling, this study identifies and quantifies the primary metrics influencing operational excellence. The results demonstrate how integrating these metrics can enhance project outcomes and offer insights into improving decision-making in complex corporate environments.
