Abstract

This paper presents an in-depth analysis of the role of data analytics within Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud in improving employee experience and engagement. It examines how Oracle HCM Cloud leverages data analytics tools to gain insights into employee satisfaction, engagement levels, and performance metrics. By evaluating previous research and analyzing the functionality of Oracle HCM Cloud’s analytical capabilities, the study highlights data analytics' impact on enhancing employee experience and fostering a productive, engaged workforce. Findings suggest that data-driven HR practices in Oracle HCM Cloud significantly contribute to optimized workforce management and employee alignment with organizational goals, ultimately leading to better retention and satisfaction.
