This paper presents an in-depth analysis of the role of data analytics within Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud in improving employee experience and engagement. By evaluating previous research and analyzing the functionality of Oracle HCM Cloud’s analytical capabilities, the study highlights data analytics' impact on enhancing employee experience and fostering a productive, engaged workforce.
