This study delves into the project leadership techniques critical to the successful implementation of SAP BI/BW (Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse) systems. As organizations increasingly rely on data-driven decision-making, SAP BI/BW has become integral to managing and analyzing business data. However, the complexity of these projects necessitates adept leadership to ensure they meet organizational goals. This research evaluates various leadership methodologies—agile, hybrid, and traditional waterfall approaches—and examines their efficacy in SAP BI/BW contexts. Using a mixed-methods approach, including case studies, surveys, and expert interviews, the study identifies best practices and common challenges. The findings aim to guide project managers and stakeholders toward achieving optimal project outcomes, emphasizing adaptive leadership, stakeholder engagement, and robust risk management strategies.
