Abstract

The increasing demand for digital transformation in Human Resources (HR) practices has led to the rise of self-service HR models, particularly those enabled by Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud platforms. This study explores the implementation of self-service HR systems through Oracle HCM Cloud, assessing the benefits, challenges, and overall impact on HR operations. By analyzing data from organizations that have adopted Oracle HCM Cloud, the research identifies key trends and outcomes in HR efficiency, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness. The results highlight significant improvements in HR service delivery, with automation reducing manual efforts and enhancing the employee experience. This paper concludes by discussing the potential of selfservice HR models to revolutionize HR processes and outlines the future scope for further research in this area.
