Abstract

This manuscript explores the application of Oracle HCM Cloud in enhancing workforce planning through predictive analytics. In today’s competitive business environment, Human Resource (HR) departments are  expected to not only manage personnel but also forecast future workforce needs and optimize talent acquisition, retention, and deployment. Oracle’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud is a comprehensive suite designed to address these demands by leveraging  advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to  forecast trends and inform strategic decisions. By incorporating predictive analytics, Oracle HCM Cloud allows HR professionals to optimize staffing, anticipate turnover, and improve overall workforce efficiency. This paper reviews the features of Oracle HCM Cloud, its methodologies in workforce planning, and its impact on organizational success. We also delve into the role of predictive analytics in reshaping HR practices and the future of work.
