Abstract

This study investigates the critical role of client relationship management (CRM) strategies in the successful implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a focus on Oracle HCM projects. CRM strategies such as effective communication, customized solutions, comprehensive training, and robust post-implementation support are essential for project success and client satisfaction. By analyzing the impact of these strategies on key project metrics, this paper highlights their significance in achieving alignment between client expectations and project deliverables. Results indicate that a strong CRM approach not only ensures timely project completion but also enhances user adoption and fosters long-term client relationships. Practical recommendations for improving CRM in ERP/HCM implementations are provided, offering valuable insights for practitioners and organizations aiming for project excellence.
