Abstract

In today’s rapidly evolving global business environment, Human Resources (HR) departments face increasing challenges in maintaining consistent and efficient HR processes across geographically dispersed teams. Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) provides an  integrated suite of applications designed to help organizations standardize HR processes, optimize workforce management, and improve employee  experiences across the globe. This paper explores the role  of Oracle HCM in standardizing HR processes across  global teams,  focusing  on  its  key  features,  implementation strategies, and the benefits it offers to  multinational  organizations.  By  streamlining  HR  workflows, facilitating compliance with local regulations,  and providing real-time data analytics, Oracle HCM enables organizations to achieve operational efficiency and consistency in their HR functions. Furthermore, the paper highlights the challenges encountered during the adoption of Oracle HCM and discusses the scope and limitations of its implementation.
