Strategic School Leadership and Organizational Growth Through Digital Transformation

Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped educational institutions, requiring school leaders to adopt strategic approaches that integrate technology with organizational goals. Strategic school leadership has emerged as a critical factor in fostering innovation, improving institutional effectiveness, and ensuring sustainable organizational growth. This study examines the relationship between strategic school leadership and organizational growth through digital transformation in contemporary school settings. Specifically, it investigates how leadership dimensions such as strategic vision, digital competence, technology integration, innovation management, professional development, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making contribute to institutional performance and long-term development. A quantitative research design is proposed using a structured questionnaire administered to teachers and school administrators. The collected data are analyzed through descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation, and multiple regression techniques to examine the influence of strategic leadership practices on organizational outcomes. The findings indicate that schools led by strategically oriented and digitally competent leaders demonstrate higher levels of instructional innovation, operational efficiency, teacher collaboration, organizational adaptability, and overall institutional growth. Furthermore, continuous professional development and effective digital communication significantly strengthen the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives. The study concludes that strategic school leadership serves as a catalyst for sustainable organizational growth by aligning technological advancement with educational objectives, fostering a collaborative organizational culture, and enhancing institutional resilience in an increasingly digital educational environment.
