Abstract

The rapid digitization of Human Capital Management (HCM) has enabled organizations to improve workforce engagement and operational efficiency. Oracle HCM Cloud, coupled with Employee Self-Service (ESS) models, exemplifies this shift by providing a robust platform for enhancing employee experience, streamlining HR processes, and fostering a self-sufficient workforce. This paper explores the role of Oracle HCM Cloud and ESS in transforming workforce engagement, analyzing current literature, and employing qualitative research to evaluate the impact of these technologies on employee productivity and satisfaction. Findings suggest that integrating Oracle HCM and ESS results in increased engagement, cost savings, and operational efficiency, highlighting the need for ongoing digital transformation in HR.
